Following the insight that an increasing number of ambitious creative companies couldn’t find authentic spaces that they could feel at home in, the studio focused its attention towards creating an environment where a new community could grow and flourish. The design strategy was singular – to carefully peel back the layers of inappropriate development accumulated over the years and to proudly display the authentic features and materiality that had been hidden for decades.
